ITINERARY

16:40 –

Please check-in at the Kyoto Station Karasuma Exit Sightseeing Bus Stop.

Please finish the boarding procedure by 20 minutes prior to departure.

17:00 –

Depart from Kyoto Station Karasuma Exit

You will not be able to join the tour after the bus has departed.

Dinner: Traditional Kyoto Cuisine (60 min)

Enjoy the delicate taste of traditional Kyoto cuisine that has been handed down for generations.

Traditional performance viewing at Gion Corner (50 min)

Enjoy watching a variety of traditional Japanese performances.

Kyoto night viewing at Higashiyama (10 min)

Witness a sensational night view of Kyoto from the top of the Higashiyama mountain range. Depending on weather or road conditions, the Kyoto night viewing may be changed to a drive around the city instead.

Drop-off Service to Hotels

Drop-off service at the following hotels will be available after the tour: Kyoto Tokyu Hotel, Rihga Royal Hotel, Hotel Keihan Kyoto, New Miyako Hotel.

REMARKS

1. Japanese participants may also be present on this tour. A Japanese guide will accompany the bus tour. Announcements will only be made in Japanese.

2. Depending on weather or road conditions, the Kyoto night viewing may be changed to a drive around the city instead.

3. Multilingual audio guides will be available on the bus. Please choose from English, Chinese or Korean when applying.

4. You will not be able to join the tour after the bus has departed.

5. Check in at the meeting point by showing your reservation confirmation sheet, or informing the staff of the name the reservation was made under at least 20 minutes prior to departure. Please note that departure is normally 17:00, but from March 12 to 18, departure will be at 16:50.

6. Kyoto-style cuisine will be served for dinner. The restaurant will be announced on the day of the tour. Vegetarian menus, and changes due to allergies are not available.

7. In some cases participants may be asked to walk to the restaurant for dinner (10 – 15 minutes)

8. Enjoy Kyobu (dance), Bunraku (traditional puppet theater), Gagaku (imperial court music), Kyogen (traditional comic theater), flower arrangement, a tea ceremony, and a koto performance (Japanese harp) at Gion Corner, located in the Gion district.

9. After the dinner course, drop-offs can be made at the following hotels.
