Hiroshima Okonomiyaki-making Experience

1. Savor a meal of okonomiyaki, the specialty food of Hiroshima.
2. This plan includes an okonomiyaki meal and 1 drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Customers who wish may experience grilling the okonomiyaki on their own.
3. Vegetarian meals are available.
4. The restaurant is easily accessible, located in a building near the station (just a 5-min walk from JR Hiroshima Station).

2. This is an unguided plan, so please make your own way directly to the meeting location. At reception, please show your reservation confirmation sheet, a printout of the reservation confirmation e-mail, or show the e-mail on your mobile device screen to staff.

3. Vegetarian meals are available.

4. Nikutama style okonomiyaki (the standard Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki with pork and eggs) will be served. It is made with flour, cabbage, pork, and eggs.

Menu: Nikutama okonomiyaki, and 1 drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)

*Additional orders of food, toppings, and drinks are to be paid by the customer.

5. At the restaurant, choose your preferred okonomiyaki topping– either soba or udon noodles. The standard topping is soba noodles.

6. Customers can also enjoy an okonomiyaki-making experience. Customers who do not experience okonomiyaki-making may choose an additional topping at the restaurant free of charge (cheese, squid, etc.)

7. The experience is available at your choice of restaurant from any of the 13 restaurants at Hiroshima Okonomi Monogatari Ekimae Hiroba.
*Some restaurants may not be available depending on the season.

8. If a meal is required for a child age 5 or younger, please make a booking for them at the child rate (6 to 11 years old). Bookings for infants (age 0 ~ 5) will not be provided with meals.

9. Customers may have to wait if the restaurant is busy. Thank you for your understanding.

10. Reception is conducted at the Hiroshima Okonomi Monogatari Ekimae Hiroba Office. Please enter the office through the door on the left after exiting the elevator.
