Please be in the Sapporo city hotel by 10 minutes before the corresponding departure time.
Meeting location is by the hotel front desk for Gateaux Kingdom Sapporo, Hotel MyStays Sapporo Aspen, New Otani Inn Sapporo, Sapporo Tokyu REI Hotel, Sapporo Excel Hotel Tokyu, and Hotel MyStays Premier Sapporo Park; at the 1F entrance lobby for Century Royal Hotel; at the west side entrance for Sapporo Prince Hotel; and by the 1F cloakroom for ANA Hotel Sapporo.

*The bus will stop and pick up participants at each hotel. There may be changes to the departure times due to road conditions.

You can take your time to see the very popular Asahiyama Zoo, visited annually by more than 1.5 million people. Participants are free to have their own lunch (lunch not included in the tour).

Patchwork Road (Drive-by)
Take in the scenery from the Biei Patchwork Road.

Flower Land Kamifurano (60 min) (Farm Tomita for tours on June 24～Aug. 20) (30 min)
(Tours dates except June 24～Aug. 20) Flower Land Kamifurano: Take a stroll around a field of bright, colorful flowers. If you like, you can also go sightseeing aboard a tractor bus at an additional charge (for tours between Jun. 1 and Sep. 30).

(Tours on June 24～Aug. 20) Farm Tomita: The vibrant lavender fields signify the arrival of summer in Hokkaido. The fields are at their best viewing time from the end of June to the first week of August. There are also other beautiful flowers blooming in full glory, painting the hills in stunning colors.

At reception, please show your reservation confirmation sheet, a printout of the reservation confirmation e-mail, or show the e-mail on your mobile device screen to staff.

6. Even if a customer has made a reservation but is not at the meeting place on time, the bus will still depart as scheduled. If a customer has missed the bus, they are responsible for making their own way to the destination. In this case, transportation expenses must be shouldered by the participant.

8. The tour may be changed or cancelled owing to bad weather. If the tour is cancelled owing to bad weather, traffic conditions, etc., the tour booking charge will be completely refunded. Please contact the agent that handled your tour booking within 30 days of the planned tour date. However, please note that if a customer is unable to attend the tour due to their own circumstances no refunds will be issued.

9. During the peak period, the jump seats of the vehicle may be used as well.

10. There is no fee for children age 2 and younger who don’t use a bus seat (must sit on the lap of parent or guardian).
However, if they require a seat, please make a booking for them at the child rate.
11. Participants are free to sit where they like, but if all bus seats are full, participants may be asked to take specific seats.
12. Time spent at Asahiyama Zoo (for sightseeing and lunch) will be changed to about 120 minutes on tours from June 24 to Aug. 20. For sightseeing at Furano, tours from June 24 to Aug. 20 will be guided to Farm Tomita, while tours on other dates will be guided to Flower Land Kamifurano.
13. Depending on the number of participants, the size of the transport vehicle may be different: a taxi, a jumbo taxi, a minibus, a small- or medium-size bus, etc. All vehicles will be shared for the ride.
14. Participants are free to sit where they like, but if all bus seats are full, participants may be asked to take specific seats.
15. Children may not ride alone. They must be accompanied by an adult.
16. There will be no accompanying Japanese-speaking guide. Drivers speak Japanese only.
