This pass offers a convenient way to reach the Sanriku region from Tohoku Shinkansen stations.

[How to Use the Gurutto Pass]
Please present the confirmation e-mail or confirmation slip at the pick-up location selected when booking to pick up the Kita Iwate Gurutto Pass. The pass is valid for 3 days starting from the first day of use, and allows the passholder to board and disembark freely.

3. Children under 5 are free, but in the case that the number of children under 5 exceeds 2 per adult or paid child customer, fare payment will be required for the 3rd child under 5 years of age and onward.

4. This pass is printed only in Japanese.

5. The buses and/or trains may not operate or the routes may be altered due to inclement weather, maintenance, or other reasons.

6. If taking the Sanriku Railway train, an additional charge is required for reserved seats. Customers must apply for reserved seats themselves and pay for the required charges at the location.

7. The reserved tour date, the date of pass pick up, and the date of first use must be the same. The pass may not be claimed a day before or after the date of reservation, so a new reservation must be made for those who would like to change the claim date. Please be aware that even for cancellations in order to change the claim date, requests to change on the day may incur a 100% cancellation fee.

8. Refunds and cash exchanges will not be issued even if the coupon is not used.

9. This is a special plan for international visitors. Please note that Japanese citizens may not make bookings for this tour.
