Neputa Village Sightseeing, Experience & Apple Juice Tasting (150 min)
Neputa Village:
See the brilliant displays and exhibits about the Hirosaki Neputa Festival. Visitors at this museum can also try making local handicrafts. Enjoy looking at the colorful floats and other vibrant screens used in the festival. Vegetables, apples, rice and other local produce as well as traditional arts and crafts are available for purchase.
*Time allotted is about 40 to 50 minutes.
*Guidance to the Neputa Festival songs and live shamisen performance is available in English, Mandarin and Korean.
*There are some shops that open at 10:00 in the shopping area.
Live Shamisen Performance Schedule (tentative): 9:50 / 10:40 / 11:30 / 12:20 / 13:30 / 14:20 / 15:10 / 16:00
*The performance lasts about 10 minutes.
Goldfish Lantern Painting Experience:
The goldfish lantern is already covered with paper. Use ink to draw the face, and use wax melted at about 130 degrees Celsius to paint the face, fins, scales, etc. After painting everything, the goldfish is complete!
*Time allotted is about 60 to 90 minutes.
*Please specify your desired time when booking. Customers will participate in the experience after the facility tour. (The facility tour will take about 40 to 50 minutes.)
Apple Juice Tasting:
Tastes 5 varieties of apple juice from specialty Aomori apples at the goldfish lantern painting experience venue.
*Please confirm the venue with the reception staff on the day.
