Fuji’s 5th Station, Oshino Hakkai, Shiraito Falls, and Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha Shrine accompanied by an English-speaking guide on this bus tour. *Note that there are two tour meeting areas at Keio Plaza Hotel. This tour meets on the 3rd floor of the South Tower in front of the tour desk.

Mt. Fuji 5th Station  (30 min)

Climb 2,300 meters (7,546 ft) above sea level on the Subaru Line to the 5th station for breathtaking views from above the clouds.

Oshino Hakkai  (40 min)

Snowmelt that has sunk into the ground over long years sees daylight again here in the form of pristine fresh water springs. Consisting of 8 springs in total, the area features traditional thatched-roof buildings and a view of Mt. Fuji from the countryside.

Shiraito Falls  (40 min)

This picturesque 20 m tall, 200 m wide waterfall is fed by snowmelt flowing down from Mt. Fuji. Here visitors can walk on the pathway right up to the waterfall basin. In autumn the colorful leaves that surround the waterfall are a sight not to be missed.

Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha Shrine  (20 min)

Visit the head shrine of all Sengen and Asama shrines throughout Japan. This unique shrine deifies Mt. Fuji itself, and its okumiya, or inner shrine, is located at the very peak of the mountain. In spring, views of cherry blossoms with Mt. Fuji in the background can be admired from the shrine.

18:30 – 19:30

Tour ends near Shinjuku Station West Exit

The tour will return to Shinjuku by bus via Shin-Tomei and Tomei expressways (120 min).
[Remarks] Please head to your next destination from Shinjuku on your own.

Customers will be contacted in the case that the tour on the applicable date has been cancelled. Accommodation and contact information prior to the tour is required in case the tour is cancelled.

2. Time at Shiraito Falls and/or Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha Shrine may be shortened depending on road conditions, or replaced in the itinerary with one or more of the following: Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, Lake Kawaguchi cruise, Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway, etc. However, such changes in the itinerary will not be cause for cancellation of the tour or issuing of refunds. In such cases, the return time may be delayed, arriving in Shinjuku around 20:00 or 21:00.

3. If the road to Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station is closed due to heavy snow or the tour is behind schedule due to traffic, the tour will be taken as high as possible. If the road is completely blocked, the tour will visit the Fuji Visitor Center.

5. Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station is typically 10 to 15 degrees Celsius colder than Tokyo. On tours in autumn and winter, please bring a coat and other warm clothing.

6. Due to early sunsets in the winter time, the visit to Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha Shrine may be changed to Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine. Refunds will not be issued for this reason.

7. Vegetarian box lunches are available. Those who prefer the vegetarian lunch, please inform us when booking. Vegetarian lunches cannot be prepared unless notice is given 3 business days prior to the tour.
